It's easy to become a client

Call Kenmore Meals on Wheels on 0403 686 655 between 9am and 12:30pm Monday to Friday and speak to our office manager.  If phoning outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will return your phone call as soon as possible; or alternatively send us an email at kmow4069@gmail.com.

 

We can deliver meals the next working day!

Our service caters for people of any age, for example, seniors, carers, people with a disability, or those recovering from an illness or injury.

If you are unsure about eligibility for our service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Menu

We offer frozen mains, soups and desserts. 

We have a wide range of meals available. You can order your meals in advance every week or we can customise a 5 week rotating menu for you.

If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, contact our office staff so that we can properly assess your needs.

Cost

We have 3 types of pricing schedules. This may be through a referral such as My Aged Care (CHSP), Home Care provider referral (HCP) and those without any subsidy.

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

  • Home Care Packages (HCP) clients

  • Non-subsidy clients

Payment

Meals are invoiced monthly in arrears. We accept the following payment methods; EFTPOS, cash, cheque and bank transfer.

Delivery

You must be home for your meal to be delivered. If you won't be at home please either phone and cancel before 9:30am on the day of delivery or call to hold your meal for collection or supply alternative instructions.

Client Co-ordinator

One of our local client co-ordinators will come out to see you to run through our service, take details about your meal requirements and answer any questions you may have. This can be arranged prior to or during your meal service commencement.

Frozen Meals

Frozen meals are delivered during the week between 10:30am and 12:30pm. We can provide frozen meals in advance for weekends and public holidays if requested.

Cancellations

Canellations should be advised as soon as possible.

Dietary Preferences

We are happy to cater for individual likes and dislikes, but due to the large number of meals delivered, these preferences may not always be able to me met.
